BARTKIRA
(may 2013)
Ok so, a month ago I read on the internet that there’s this artist named James Harvey (here’s his tumblr) who decided to start this titanic and crazy project inspired by some Ryan Humphrey’s drawings: BARTKIRA.
Basically the project consists of putting together more or less 760 illustrators from all around the world and make them re-draw every single page (cover illustrations included) of Katsuhiro Otomo’s Akira using characters from The Simpsons, 5 pages each.
